About the Programme

Journey in Faith runs each year at Sacred Heart (Hillsborough) as an adult explorer’s programme. This year we will be following the SYCAMORE programme: The Catholic Faith Explained. The course is supported by a short book (by Fr Stephen Wang) and a set of 30-minute videos available online.

Format & Location

  • When: Alternate Monday evenings, 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
  • Where: Downstairs of the Presbytery, next to the Church.
  • Format: Short presentation/video excerpt + group discussion.
  • Missed a session? The book and online videos let you keep up at home.

Cost

A suggested donation of £15 to cover the Sycamore book (Deacon Tony will order copies for participants).

Who is it for?

– People curious about the Catholic faith.
– Those wanting to grow or deepen their faith.
– Anyone considering baptism, reception into the Church, or Confirmation.

Outcome

Participants who wish may be baptised, confirmed, or received into the Church at the Easter Vigil (this year’s Vigil is the final event of the programme).
